Refund policy

At FUELSTATION, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized items and final sale items.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ($6.99 flat rate return shipping), unless the return is due an incorrect item sent (example: wrong color). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. 

Submit a return request

  1. Click the Account Profile icon in the store's navigation in the upper right corner.
  2. Log in to your account by entering your email address, and then click continue. You will then enter the six-digit verification code sent to you via email or text.
  3. In your account, click the order that you want to submit the return request for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store, if needed. Click Request return.
  5. If your return request is approved, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. 

Please note, FUELSTATION is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit.
